An all-star Icelandic cast including Aníta Briem (Quake SCA22, The Minister), Björn Hlynur Haraldsson (Trapped, Agnes Joy SCA21), Hilmar Guðjónsson (also in Godland) and Hilmir Snær Guðnason (A White, White Day SCA19) comes together in this dramatic comedy of manners.

At a dinner party in Vesturbær, seven friends decide to play a dangerous game. They put their phones on the table and agree that all incoming calls and messages will be shared with the party in an attempt to prove that none of them have anything to hide. What starts off as a playful game amongst friends turns into something more and poses the question: how well do we really know those close to us?

Directed and co-written by Elsa María Jakobsdóttir in her first feature length film, this is a uniquely Icelandic take on the Perfect Strangers global cinema phenomenon. With sharp dialogue, highly entertaining Wild Game is a clever comedy that explores decorum in the wonderful and complicated age of modern technology.

One of the funniest films that has been made in this country for many years.
